• Examinations will be conducted on the designated dates specified in the school calendar. While the corrected answer booklets cannot be taken home, parents are encouraged to review them during their visit to the school.
• Classwork, which includes oral activities, assignments, and class tests, will be taken into consideration for internal marking and promotion.
• The passing criteria for each subject is a minimum of 33 % Promotion will be determined based on the final report, which includes the average of the examination scores according to the guidelines set by GSEB (Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board).
• Students who pass all subjects in the final result will be eligible for promotion as per the school’s promotion rules, which have been approved by the educational authorities.
• Students who do not pass the Std. X or XII board examinations must complete their form submission process in the month following the release of results.
• Regular attendance and exemplary conduct throughout the year are essential prerequisites for any academic prizes or awards.
• Students are expected to participate in all examinations and tests, except in cases of health issues, where a medical certificate is required as proof of absence.

Admission to our school is governed by Government regulations and is subject to conditions related to age, capacity, and conduct.

A complete admission requires submission of the School leaving certificate from the last recognized School attended, which must be countersigned by the educational Inspector of the State if the pupil comes from another state.

For admission to the 11th General Stream, a minimum of 60% marks in the Board (Std. X) Examination is required, even if the student has passed their 10th STD. from the same school.

The Principal reserves the right to refuse an application without assigning reasons for the action.
