Attendance Policy
Attendance rules.
Regular attendance is vital for academic success and disciplined school life.
- Students must submit a written application for leave in advance for valid reasons.
- All students are expected to maintain a 100% attendance record to remain eligible for examinations.
- If a student is absent for more than 15 days without prior sanction, the name may be struck off from class records.
- For illness or emergencies, a parent or guardian-certified reason must be submitted on return; medical leave requires a valid medical certificate.
- Leave applications should be briefly mentioned in the school calendar with the corresponding absence date.
- Students are not allowed to leave school premises during school hours except in unavoidable situations with permission.
- Latecomers or absentees must submit a duly signed explanatory note from parents.
- Irregular attendance or lack of discipline may lead to school action as per rules.
